Straw color. Refreshing nose with aromas of roasted grapes and apricots with a hint of honey. Mechanical hoeing of the soil, to avoid use of herbicides. Yield limited by summer pruning in July. Maturity control by manual trimming. Each vineplant is individually tended over ten times each year. Varietals: 70% Sauvignon 30% Semillon
