Our Shipping Information

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol. By placing your order you have represented to Chester Fine Wines & Spirits that you are at least 21. All deliveries must be received by an adult of legal drinking age.

Our trucks make local deliveries within a 10 mile radius of the store.  Orders will be prepared for shipment or delivery within 48 hours of receiving your order.

An email will immediately acknowledge the receipt of your order.  You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. A second email will confirm that you have been charged, that your order has been processed, it is being prepared for shipment, and will contain tracking information.

We will contact you by the end of the next business day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our website, ShopRite Chester Fine Wines & Spirits is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors, mismatched product images or representations or omissions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that your shipping costs are estimated. Actual costs are confirmed when your order is placed.

For orders shipped using FedEx Express 2nd Day and Overnight services, there is a 1:00pm (Eastern Time Zone) cut-off time to ship your order the same day.

Shipping wine can be complicated—shipping wine laws vary from state to state and the number of states allowing wine shipments is always changing.
