The Crochet family's white Sancerre comes from the estate's various plots planted on clay and limestone soils. They give freshness and minerality that are characteristic of the Bué terroirs. It is one of the taut, very dry, mineral and straightforward Sancerre. The nose is expressive and lively with notes of broom, rhubarb and nuances of dried fruit and almonds. The attack in the mouth is round and smooth with aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers.
