Rinaldis 2020 Barolo Cannubi marries power and finesse to a degree that is quite rare. Theres plenty of baby fat today, so I would be thinking of cellaring this for a bit. Macerated red cherry, kirsch, sweet spice, tobacco, leather, blood orange and rose petal form a super-classic profile. This is a distinctive Cannubi that is endowed with both substance and textural depth to burn... Francesco Rinaldi remains a bastion for firm, classically built wines. The 2020 Barolos offer plenty of the virile power readers have come to expect here over the years but with more early approachability than is typically the case, which is good for readers who want to approach these wines on the younger side."
