The 2021 Kinheimer Rosenberg Riesling Spätlese is clear and discreet on the fruity and finely flinty nose that shows some hints of lactic notes. Round, crystalline and saline on the palate, this is quite creamy textured, yet it's savory on the finish with remarkable fresh and sharp acidity. 7.5% stated alcohol.
